Label Reyya provides domestic and overseas business owners with a complete range of bohemian fashion & homeware collections and integrated wholesale services, to support the sourcing, designing, production, purchasing, and exporting of our products from India.


All the products and collections, for both fashion and homeware, are available for wholesale. Certain out-of-stock products are available for pre-order, or otherwise, you can mail us your required quantity and we’ll try to arrange them.


We have a complete digital offering for our wholesale customers. Once you sign up, you can access our exclusive wholesale prices and services. It does not matter where you are in the world, or where your customers are. Members of our Label Reyya Wholesale Club have distribution or stocking businesses, online or brick & mortar shops - or both.


We have been in the fashion business since 1983 and we deeply understand the needs and pains of fashion retailers, distributors and stockists. With our wholesale program, we really want to simplify the terms and make it a win-win scenario for both us and our clients worldwide. Keeping this in mind, we offer the following benefits to our wholesale customers - 

  • We offer volume discounts or tiered pricing for customers buying in bulk
  • MOQ as low as 10 pcs of any style and size to qualify for wholesale prices. This means that you can mix and match any styles and sizes, but need to have at least 10 pcs in your cart.
  • Ready stock to dispatch within 1-2 days of placing the order.
  • Free packaging, but we request our customers to not remove or replace our label/hangtag from our garments as we are a private label.
  • Free shipping across India
  • International shipping charges can be estimated on the checkout page. We work with multiple logistic partners to provide the best freight cost to our international clients. 

    Eligibility Criteria

    You can sign up as a wholesale customer on our website from here. You need to provide your company’s details such as website, address, and business registration / GST / Tax ID for KYC. In case you are just starting up or don’t have any required information, please send us a mail with your details so we can assist you manually.

    Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

    You need to place an order of a minimum of 10 pcs to avail the wholesale prices. However, you can choose any 10 products. For example, you can order 1 size from 10 different styles, and still get wholesale prices.
    There is no minimum spending requirement.

    Wholesale Pricing

    We provide a discounted price to retailers based on the recommended retail price (RRP) or a predetermined wholesale margin. We provide volume-tiered wholesale pricing -

    The above-mentioned wholesale discount can be availed regardless of any size. For instance, you can order 15 pcs of one style divided into these sizes - S:5, M:5, L:5 and still get a 40% wholesale discount.

    Generally, we keep ready stock of all products listed on our website. You can also check the availability of our stock and place the order accordingly.
    For certain styles that get out-of-stock, we also take pre-orders and these styles can take from 2-4 weeks to dispatch, depending on the quantity. If you wish to purchase any out-of-stock style for which we are not offering pre-order service, you can contact us with your required quantity and size breakdown for that particular style.


    1. We have a dedicated wholesale portal. You can sign up as a wholesale customer on our website from here.
    2. Once we have received & reviewed your membership application, and agreed to proceed (a day or two), we will send to your email a link to create your own customer account (email and password) online.
    3. Once you log in using your customer account details, you will be able to access all our collections, with the entry-level wholesale discount of 25% automatically applied to each product, displayed beside the item as a reduced product price. 
    4. If you open any product page, you will see the volume-based discounts there. All product details, along with the available quantity, size chart, and other information will be displayed there.
    5. You can simply keep adding products along with the quantity and sizes in your cart. When you view your cart, you can review all your products, sizes, quantities, and prices. 
    6. There is a shipping cost calculator on the cart page, where you can enter your pin code, city, and country to estimate the shipping cost. Please note - this is just an estimate, and in case you want to nominate your own agent, you can contact us for this.
    7. You can click on checkout to proceed to the final step. Here, you can review your delivery address and proceed to make the payment online.
    8. Once we receive your payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation mail from us.

    As simple as that!


    We take 100% payment before delivery. You can place your order on our website and pay via credit/debit card, PayPal, or net banking. In case, you wish to wire the payment to us, please contact us so we can share our banking details with you.


    Each piece that we make is with painstaking efforts and with the contribution of many artisans and our women workforce. Unfortunately, we don’t accept any returns or exchanges for any wholesale sale. 


    In case, you are not sure about the product, we recommend that you purchase a single item for your styles to sample our quality, measurement, fabric, and garment construction. We have a 7-day return/exchange policy for our retail customers. You can refer to our return & exchange policy here. However, you will have to purchase single products at retail price from our website, but you can avail our retail discount offers available on the website. And in case you are ordering 15 samples, you’ll be qualified to get a 25% wholesale discount.

    Once you are 100% satisfied, you can then place your bulk wholesale order.


    We ship globally by Air or Sea using our corporate accounts. We provide shipping quotes using our Cargo Agent, and Air Courier and pass the order shipping costs directly to you. We also work directly with a customer’s own Freight Forwarders & Cargo Agents. We also arrange order packaging, at the carton and individual box level.


    Normal order lead processing (pick/pack/prepare for shipping) for wholesale customers can take 2-3 days from the time the payment is made. 

    We can provide you with both air and sea transit - 

    1. For air couriers, you can estimate the cost at checkout. Air freight can vary depending on the quantity, weight, and location. However, we are working with multiple logistics companies and the price you see on our website is the best available price. Air couriers can take between 7-15 days to reach you.
    2. For sea transportation, we need to have a minimum of 500 pcs to make it viable, otherwise, the cost is too high. Sea shipment can take between 3-5 weeks depending on the location. In case you require sea shipment, please contact us with your order details and we’ll get back to you.  

    In case you have your own agent or forwarder and want to take a local delivery within India, you can put your agent’s India address for the delivery. Mail us your agent’s details, so we can coordinate with your agent.
