You can place an order from our website 

We keep our online store open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To place an order, you must complete the following steps: 

  • Add to Shopping Cart
  • Add Customer information
  • Confirm Order
  • Make Payment

You will receive a tracking link on email, sms and WhatsApp after your order has been placed.

You can email or WhatsApp us. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it. 

You can put the coupon code at the checkout page.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer any customisation at the moment.

We offer free shipping for pre-paid orders across India.

For COD orders across India, we charge minimum Rs.165. 

For international orders, shipping cost depends on the weight and location. You can see shipping charges on the checkout page.

As soon as you receive your order, make sure that the packaging has not been damaged during transportation, as well as that the product is in perfect condition. If you wish to exchange the product, it is recommended that you keep the packaging.

The first thing you need to do is track your order via the link you received on email / WhatsApp after you placed your order. We recommend that you wait till the expected delivery date as indicated in the tracking. In case you still need help, please contact us.

Verify your order confirmation to ensure that the product you ordered matches the one you received before contacting us. In case the item you ordered is not what you expected, please contact our customer service with your order number.

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages to improve delivery times and avoid too much waiting. In case you still need help, please contact us. 

If you receive a defective product, please contact us and we guarantee to find an appropriate solution to solve the problem.

Sorry we don’t offer refunds. You can exchange your product. In order to exchange, please contact us. You can also refer to our Exchange policy here.

For exchanges, you will need to send the product to our warehouse and send us the tracking number.

We accept all international & domestic cards, UPI payments, bank transfer and Paypal.We offer cash-on-delivery (COD) for orders across India.
